WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF ITEMS ARE IN BRAND-NEW CONDITION, TAGS ARE STILL ATTACHED AND ITEMS ARE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT INDICATE THEY HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED OR HAVE BEEN DAMAGED.
WE DO NOT GIVE MONEY BACK. RETURNS CAN BE EITHER EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR A CREDIT NOTE.
RETURNS CAN ONLY BE MADE UP TO 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY ITEM WAS RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER IS ALSO LIABLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNS.
YOU ARE AT FULL RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THE ITEM IS RECEIVED BY US. WE RECOMMEND YOU USE A TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE SUCH AS ROYAL MAIL.
